1. Who we are

Liviqa is a privacy-first personal health intelligence platform currently under incorporation in Denmark. Until formal registration is complete, data controller responsibilities are carried by the founding team operating under the Liviqa brand. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website (liviqa.app).

Privacy enquiries: privacy@liviqa.app
We aim to respond within 30 days.

Our website footer and product mockups reference Data for Good Foundation, the independent data-altruism governance body that underpins Liviqa's consent architecture. For clarity, their registered details are:

Data for Good Foundation (Fonden Data for Good)

CVR: 39708493

Address: Biskop Svanes Vej 62C, 1st floor left, 3460 Birkerød, Denmark

Founded: 4 July 2018  ·  Legal form: Commercial foundation

dataforgoodfoundation.org

Data for Good Foundation is not a data controller or processor for any personal data collected through liviqa.app. They operate under their own privacy governance.

The Liviqa consent ledger infrastructure is built on technology provided by Partisia Blockchain Foundation (Switzerland), which supplies the distributed multi-party computation (MPC) and blockchain anchoring layer. Partisia is not a data controller or processor for personal data collected through this teaser website. Their role as a sub-processor will be formally documented upon platform launch.

Our design position: Privacy is a feature, not a legal formality. This page is written to be read, not to obscure. If anything is unclear, email us.

2.3 Website operation — external requests

When you visit this site, your browser makes requests to third-party servers to load assets. This is inherent to how the web works. We keep this to a minimum — and have specifically chosen providers that do not track you passively.

AssetProvider & purposeConsent required?
Lato typeface Bunny Fonts (bunny.net) — operated from Frankfurt, Germany (EU). No IP address logging, no tracking, no data shared with third parties. This is a deliberate choice over Google Fonts; no personal data is transmitted to load the typeface. See Bunny Fonts privacy commitment. No — EU-hosted, no tracking, no consent required.

3. International data transfers

Formspree Inc. is based in the United States. Transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, which provide appropriate safeguards for your data.

All other third-party requests from this site either originate within the EU (Bunny Fonts, Frankfurt) or involve no personal data transmission (Unsplash CDN decorative images with no tracking cookies set).

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR (Chapter III), you have the following rights. To exercise any of them, email privacy@liviqa.app with enough detail to identify your request. We will respond within 30 days.

5. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your personal data incorrectly, please contact us first at privacy@liviqa.app — we would like the opportunity to put it right.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the supervisory authority. As Liviqa is being incorporated in Denmark, our lead supervisory authority is:

Datatilsynet — Danish Data Protection Authority

Website: datatilsynet.dk

Email: dt@datatilsynet.dk

Phone: +45 33 19 32 00

You may also contact the supervisory authority in your country of residence within the EEA.

6. Changes to this notice

If our data practices change materially, we will update this page and revise the effective date. For significant changes (e.g. adding analytics, new processors), we will re-show the privacy banner with a versioned key so existing dismiss states reset.

The current version has been effective since 26 May 2026.
